Problem Solving

There are two ways to solve a problem.

A. You can either get what you want, or you can want what you get.—Ralph Barton Perry


B.More graphically, you can shoot your arrow at the target, or you can move the target to where you shoot your arrow.


However, in politics you never get what you want, but always hope to want what you get.
