  Musk: Incompetence in the limit is indistinguishable from sabotage . (I believe Musk is saying the incompetence of CA officials about water and land management has been so neglected, that it would NOT have been worse by sabotage. Something to consider. With AI now with a robotic facility, we question if we are now training our replacements.
