Natural vs Supplements

Bad news for us pill junkies...  A recent food supplements vs. food intake study found that people who consume adequate amounts of  vitamin K  or magnesium had a lower risk of death from any cause, compared with those who didn't. In addition, people who consume adequate levels of  vitamin A , vitamin K, zinc or copper had a lower risk of death from heart disease, compared with those who didn't . The key point is that the adequate amounts should have occurred from food, not supplements.
