Many immigrants to the USA come in with a Visa. Others, winning the lottery in foreign lands got their green card with the American Express program. Thousands walking across our southern borders clearly had Discovery in mind. Finally, the former President admitted many refugees by means of his presidential Master Card. In sum, our public and private agencies are involved – a whole lot of credit extended in the process. Who’s going to pay the bill? We do, of course. But the cost of just one who goes jihad is astronomical in police services, lost productivity, future and present fear, and political divisiveness.
