Hypertruth

What is Hypertruth?    You may never have heard of hypertruth, but it is part of your life. It is how you are swayed. Often, it how you believe. Opportunist see it as a tool; clergy see it as a sermon; politicians see it as more votes. Hypertruth is an excessive or exaggerated truth that can take an ordinary truth beyond its natural domain, even becoming false. As well, it may involve elevating or expanding a minor point into a major concept.   An example would be a cleric taking truths from the bible and reinterpreting and exaggerating them from statements of peace to those suggesting destruction and war. Centuries ago, the Inquisition followed the hypertruth of severe punishment to correct heresy.  The current notion of “Cancel Culture” mimic such notions for political heresy, the shunning practice of some religions. Also, the politician may take accepted truths of equality amongst people into an outright theft or reappropriation of resources from one party in favor of another. In

All Is Politics

All of life is political. • Tribalism is the local form of politics. • Dictatorship is the smelly form of politics. • Kingship is the absolute form of politics. • Communism is the destructive form of politics. • Socialism is the nosiy form of politics. • Capitalism is the economic form of politics. • Democracy is the messy* form of politics. *You may like it; I may like it. Yet is is so difficult, so messy, and so easy to attack.

Politicophobia and Simplicitivism

Politicabobia - fear of politics* Simplicitivism - theory that the simple is often the best approach**   O ne needs to be careful with "ism" and “ phobia ” words. They often have loose meanings, strict meanings, and sometimes multiple meanings. In almost every endeavor, psychology, philosophy, science, biology, and the full list of topics, there are many, hundreds if not thousands. In politics, they are easy to apply. The are effective conveying to the listener what is personally imagined. Their greatest application comprise a form of demagoguery, whether through concern or fear.   We have communism, conservativism, progressivism, liberalism, racism, feminism, environmentalism, anarchism, nationalism, capitalism, colonialism, nationalism, and socialism, to name a few.   Of course, there is the anti -version of each.   Where an “ism” is not appropriate, the alternative “phobia” is used such as in homophobia and islamophobia, where cut away is any vestige of the

Four World Forces

Mimicking modern physics, we assert the world is now dominated by four principle and very powerful forces, all of which are undesirable – to me anyway.   No weak forces as in physics, all are very strong.   They are the Islamic religion (Middle East and SE Asia), capitalist Marxism (Russia and China), progressivism (US and Europe), and capitalist mercantilism (US, Europe, South America).   All have become extreme to an excess; all want allegiance and obedience.   No longer is there room for balance and compromise.   A battle for world dominance is under way.    How does this affect me?   Well, … I feel I am marinating is a vessel of lies and deceit in the new political world, one of a religion celebrating murder, one seeking natural controls of choice, one dreaming of a utopian world of unequal equities.  I am being dissolved in to a soft malleable substance to be reworked into a predesigned form. My personal identity is being absorbing into a new religion of secularism or tot
