Academic socialism. In
the academic world, most professors can live with a little raise – along as
everyone gets a little raise. Year after year, they endure. What rankles them is
when someone gets a big raise and they don’t. They hate that.

financially in command when you have lots of money to buy that special thing
you want but you don’t buy, preferring to keep green the money.
Their economic plan
for the country is like putting a used diaper on the baby, knowing it was
tried, leaked, failed, and discarded. It’s
like watching the same movie again hoping the end changes.
