As you may have heard, North Korea refuses to meet with the Chinese envoy. Indeed, it is not clear why Kim Jong Un has snubbed China by not receiving its high level envoy. Intransigence? Maybe. However, this may be a method for China to comply with Trump but support NOKO. So tricky these people are. The tea leaves from the East are difficult to read.
